The Nelsen aio filter media bed then removes iron and sulphur from water. The Premier aio maintains an air pocket in top of tank while system is service. The systems include 3/4 by-pass valve, black mineral tank and all necessary media support bed for individual application. As the water passes thru air pocket, iron and sulphur are oxidized.
The Premier aio system comes equipped with either a fleck 2510sxt or 5600sxt air injection control head that automatically backwash's daily to clean media and flush everything down drain. The Premier aio air injection oxidizing filter system, as a single tank is an efficient and cost effective system for removal of iron sulphur. The Premier aio can remove up to 8 ppm hydrogen sulfide and 7 iron.
A daily backwash will remove accumulated iron and replenish the filter media bed. By utilizing a patented piston in the control valve, Premier aio is able to put whole oxidation process inside one tank, keeping maintenance costs and down time minimum.
