Its like having city water pressure and easy to adjust I set mine 70 psi never had an issue. The reason for replacement was to increase capacity a larger 3hp pump and that required new controller. The controller is about 4 years old and ran a 18gs15.

The controller worked flawlessly and will keep pressure fluctuations to about a 4 psi drop max you would not even know that if it were for gauge I had installed. This is complete with all manuals and pressure transducer.
